Monday the 12th April sees the launch of our new strength training sessions The Angry Vegan Lifting Club. These sessions are fully coached and feature powerlifting, strongman, kettlebell training and boxing.
Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.
Although everyone trains individually, as the sessions are coached with a qualified personal trainer on hand at all times, you don't need any prior experience or knowledge. Whether you're an absolute beginner or seasoned competitor, these sessions will give you a chance to try styles of training that you just don't see in regular gyms.
Of course social distancing and cleaning routines are maintained and there is no sharing of equipment; participant numbers are strictly limited and booking is essential.
Sessions are free for members or just £7 for non members.

ANGRY VEGAN - INTENSE STRENGTH
Saturday at 10.30am is our Angry Vegan Intense Strength session! Held in our 577sq m sports hall with stations set out with a minimum of 3m between them so that everyone can train individually, these sessions are run in the High Intensity Strength Training format.
As with all sessions at Yorkshire Kettlebell Club these are fully coached, no previous knowledge or experience required.
You’ll see strongman, powerlifting, kettlebell training, CrossFit, boxing and all forms of strength training run as a circuit with varying levels of difficulty and alternatives available for all exercises to take into account limitations or injury.
Social distancing and cleaning routines must of course be observed and numbers are strictly limited. Booking is essential!
Free for Yorkshire Kettlebell Club members, £7 for others.
Held in our 577 sq m sports hall with a minimum of 3m between stations and participant numbers strictly limited to comply with current guidelines, we'll still have the same high intensity strength training format including barbells/dumbbells, kettlebells, powerbags, battle ropes, slam balls, TRX and more!
The session plan is set out on a board at the front and everyone trains individually, working to an interval training format. All kit is cleaned and disinfected each time its used and there is no sharing of equipment.
Yorkshire Bootcamps now runs on a monthly payment basis although there is no contract and you may cancel at any time.
