CLASSES AND GROUP TRAINING
Our group session and class timetable is constantly evolving and we introduce new sessions regularly. However our most popular group sessions at the moment, other than our bootcamps of course, are our Monday 7pm and Wednesday 7.30pm HIIT Boxing session 'Saved By The Bell' and our Saturday 9am and 10.30am Circuit 'No Rest For The Wicked'.
